Terms of Service
Effective date:
RouterHaus™ (“RouterHaus”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and RouterHaus when you access or use routerhaus.com and pages that link to these Terms (the “Services”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Quick Summary (not a substitute for the full Terms)
- RouterHaus provides informational tools and recommendations; we are not your ISP or equipment seller.
 - No warranties; use at your own risk. We are not liable for third-party products, services, or outages.
 - Disputes: binding arbitration and class-action waiver (see Disputes). You may opt out within 30 days.

1) Acceptance & Changes
By accessing or using the Services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Effective date.” Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.
3) What We Provide
- Informational tools: quizzes, guides, and comparison content to help you evaluate networking options.
 - Recommendations: non-exclusive, vendor-agnostic suggestions based on inputs you provide.
 - Links to third parties: outbound links to merchants, vendors, or partners. We do not control them.

No professional advice. Information is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, engineering, or legal advice. You are responsible for your selections and deployment decisions.
4) Affiliate Disclosure & Third-Party Merchants
Some links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission if you purchase through them. Prices, availability, shipping, returns, warranties, and support for third-party products are provided by the merchant, not RouterHaus. Any disputes related to a merchant’s product or service are solely between you and that merchant.
5) Your Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
- Provide accurate information if you submit forms or inquiries.
 - Do not misuse the Services (no scraping, reverse engineering, spamming, malware, or security testing without consent).
 - Do not infringe intellectual property or violate applicable laws.
 - Do not attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits.

6) User Content & Feedback
Content you submit (e.g., messages, files) remains yours. You grant RouterHaus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services. If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use it without restriction or compensation.
7) Intellectual Property
The Services, including text, graphics, layouts, and software, are owned by RouterHaus or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8) Beta Features & Changes
We may release or remove features at any time. Beta or experimental features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued.
9) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUTERHAUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUTERHAUS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED US$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11) Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RouterHaus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12) Disputes: Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court. No class or representative actions or arbitrations.
- Forum & rules: Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. If AAA is unavailable, another neutral administrator will be selected by agreement or by a court.
 - Venue & law: Phoenix, Arizona (or remote video where allowed). Arizona law governs (without regard to conflict-of-laws rules), except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
 - Small-claims & IP: Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse in a court of competent jurisdiction.
 - Costs: Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by AAA rules.
 - Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected] with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your name and the email you used with us.

13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time with or without notice if we believe you violated these Terms or for any reason. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes) will survive termination.
14) Third-Party Sites & Services
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
15) Compliance & Export
You must comply with all applicable laws, including export-control and sanctions laws. You represent you are not on any U.S. government denied-party list.
16) Electronic Communications & Notices
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (e.g., email, site notices). You agree these satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
17) General
- Entire agreement: These Terms, plus any policies referenced (e.g., Privacy Policy), are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
 - Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; the remainder will remain in effect.
 - No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
 - Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction.
 - Headings: For convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
