- Wi-Fi 6
- 2.5G WAN
At a glance
Derived from the published specs below, not from hands-on testing.
Good fit for
- A 2.5 Gbps internet port for multi-gig plans
- Growing into mesh later with Synology Mesh units
- Separating smart-home or guest devices with VLANs
Keep in mind
- Fastest LAN port is 1 Gbps: one wired device gets at most 1 Gbps, whatever the plan
- Routing throughput isn't published, so the maker doesn't confirm it routes 2.5 Gbps
- No 6 GHz band, so newer Wi-Fi 6E/7 devices can't use their fastest channels

"Not published" means the manufacturer doesn't document it; it doesn't mean the feature is missing. "Not checked yet" means we haven't looked for that figure yet. Coverage, device counts and throughput are the manufacturer's claims under the manufacturer's test conditions; RouterHaus hasn't measured them.
